- (1) Pound Ground Bison
- (1) Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- (1) Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- (2) Teaspoons Sea Salt
- (2) Teaspoons Pepper
- (2) Teaspoons Onion Powder
- (1/2) Teaspoon Cumin
- Coconut Oil
- Fresh or Cooked Spinach
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the coconut oil and the spinach. Mix thoroughly and form into 4 patties.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the patties in the coconut oil, turning once, 8-12 Minutes or until desired doneness.
If you like the spinach cooked, add it to the oil once the burgers are done. Saute until desire doneness. If you like your spinach fresh, lay desired amount on a plate and top with the bison burger.
